01 Aug 2024

“Successful presentation of EGT Digital’s extensive gaming portfolio at iGB Live 2024” is the evaluation that Ms. Tsvetomira Drumeva, Head of Sales at EGT Digital, gave to the company’s performance on one of the biggest iGaming exhibitions in the world.

In an exclusive interview for Soloazar she talks about the novelties presented during the show, reveals her thoughts on the future of the online gaming industry and shares her expectations regarding the relocation of iGB Live in 2025.

(Amsterdam, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Ms. Tsvetomira Drumeva, Head of Sales at EGT Digital, explained the main features of the products presented at the latest IGB Live. She also commented the latest trends on online gaming industry and is expectant and hopeful regarding the change of location of the 2025 edition to London.

“I am glad to say that our participation in this year’s edition of iGB Live continued the streak of our successes on this exhibition during the past few years”, said Tsvetomira Drumeva.

“The guests to our stand had the opportunity to explore EGT Digital’s extensive gaming portfolio, currently consisting of over 100 in-house developed casino titles that are gaining popularity in more and more markets around the world. Alongside the well-known slots, our selection for the show featured the football-themed game Burning Goals, the latest addition to our jackpot bestseller Clover Chance. It was very well received by the visitors, who highly appreciated its attractive features and the numerous opportunities to win big prizes.”

How do you see the future of the online gaming industry after the trends presented at iGB Live Amsterdam 2024?

Quite expectedly, the trend towards the application of artificial intelligence in the new gaming solutions continues to develop very intensively. As I mentioned above, we also use AI in our developments, including AI-driven analytics. Through them we collect data on players’ preferences, which allows us to provide betting sites with the opportunity to create personalized offerings for their customers. These analyzes in combination with the advanced game mechanics and the powerful security measures that we offer contribute to the significant improvement of the gaming experience and turn us into a preferred partner for more and more operators.

The trend towards the use of virtual and augmented reality also persists. Along with artificial intelligence, VR and AR make games more engaging and more customized, fully adapted to the individual tastes and requirements of the players. With all this in mind, my prediction is that in the future casino titles will become more realistic and offer an ever more exciting mix of luck and skill.

iGB L!VE is moving to London in 2025, what are your expectations for this move?

On the one hand, Amsterdam is popular as a place, gathering the experts in the iGaming sector from all over the world and allowing them to show their new products and exchange experiences. On the other, relocation is beneficial because it opens up new perspectives and opportunities for exhibitors and guests of the event. It is no coincidence that next year iGB Live will be held in London, where the iconic ICE London – the largest gaming show and hub for professionals in the gaming industry on a global scale – has taken place for so many years.

I expect this relocation to bring many positives for the participants and believe that the 2025 edition will be no less successful than the previous ones.

With regard to the innovations presented by the firm at iGB L!VE 2024, she described:

EGT Digital’s iGaming platform X-Nave was also on display to demonstrate the upgrades and improvements of its 4 main modules: CRM Engine, Sport product, Gaming Aggregator and Payment Gateway, each of which can be part of the turnkey solution or operate independently, as they allow to be integrated with developments of third-party providers.

The CRM Engine showed new competition opportunities between players, including various games and tournaments, as well as options for more detailed player segmentation. We also presented a new AI/ML module for individually selected casino games based on player’s behavior and an AI/ML chatbot.

The Sport product introduced its Customizable tournament page, that enhances user engagement and simplifies navigation. The module is now also equipped with an automatic cashout option, allowing players to set an amount, after reaching of which their bet is being closed automatically. The newly added Share my bet functionality enables players to share their bets on various social networks.

X-Nave’s Gaming Aggregator revealed its expanded range of over 12,000 titles from more than 110 popular providers.

Our Payment Gateway demonstrated its enriched portfolio of payment methods, which already includes Open Banking, as well as many methods for the Latin America, especially for Mexico and Brazil. The Quick Deposit feature – a small Cashier that can be opened directly from the casino games, which doesn’t require from the players to leave the game, is also among the novelties in this module that we presented to our guests during the show.
