EGT: 24 years of excellence – where every second counts
13 Mar 2026March 11, 2002 – EGT was founded to become one of the most influential manufacturers and suppliers of gaming equipment on a global scale in just a few years. Today, as the company celebrates its 24th anniversary, its story can be told in years of growth, in hours of production, in minutes of precision and even in seconds of engineering excellence. Let’s take a look back and see how it managed to achieve this success.
During this period, the company created and patented over 700 products and produced over 200,000 gaming machines, which have been installed in some of the most renowned establishments in the world.
Many of the developments from the EGT portfolio, such as the Egypt Quest and Bell Link jackpots and the cabinets from the Premier, General and Supreme series, have become benchmarks in the industry, setting its standards and making EGT a byword for uncompromising quality.
EGT has opened 3 factories where it manufactures its products and fulfills orders for its customers from all over the world. The company has even gone a step further, managing to close its production cycle at 360 degrees, as a result of which it currently provides itself with almost everything needed to manufacture its machines.
This fully integrated production allows EGT to measure its efficiency not only in years of growth, but also in seconds, minutes and hours on the production floor.
Thanks to this, in just 24 seconds, the machines in the company’s production lines cut over 40 meters of cable used in EGT’s products. At this speed, the height of Mount Everest could be reached in under 90 minutes.
In just 24 minutes, over 16,000 components used in EGT’s products pass through the production process. At this rate, a venue the size of Madison Square Garden could be filled in about 30 minutes.
In 24 hours, 420 slot cabinets come off EGT’s production lines. Placed side by side, they would stretch almost the length of three football fields.
Impressive figures, right? Yet they represent only a fraction of what EGT has achieved over the past 24 years.
EGT is constantly enhancing its reach, with its products currently present in over 100 markets on 5 continents. More than 4,500 employees in 28 international offices ensure that the company is close to its customers.
Over the past 24 years, EGT has participated in over 300 exhibitions around the world. It has expanded its family with 2 subsidiaries – EGT Digital and EGT Steel Production, thanks to which it has further enriched its product portfolio and can now offer an even wider range of solutions to its current and future clients and partners.
During this period, EGT has received over 30 awards, which are eloquent testimony to its position as a leader in the gaming industry both locally and globally, as well as its status as one of the most stable companies in the Bulgarian economy in general.
In addition, EGT is a member of a number of Bulgarian and international industry and business associations. It has over 10 certificates for the quality of its work and currently operates with systems such as SAP, and the fact that the company’s products meet all industry standards is guaranteed by globally recognized testing laboratories such as GLI and BMM.
All these milestones would not be possible without the company’s most valuable asset – its employees. EGT has created and implemented a culture of support and encouragement for its personnel to unleash their potential and develop their careers within the organization. As a result, in the last 5 years alone, its employees have undergone over 200 different courses and trainings to improve their professional qualifications and competences.
At the same time, the company takes care of the good balance between work and personal life, implementing numerous family-oriented social policies, as well as providing people with the opportunity to pursue their hobbies. EGT Digital and EGT to make a memorable debut at SBC Summit Rio 2025
26 Feb 2025EGT Digital and EGT will participate for the very first time in this year’s edition of SBC Summit Rio, which will be held on 26 and 27 February. The special selection of the innovative developments of the two companies will be available at booth B490.

In it, she gives a positive assessment of this year’s edition of ICE, which was held in Barcelona for the first time, talks about the new products that EGT showed during the exhibition, and shares what are the company’s plans for 2025.
Last month, the highly anticipated ICE 2025 edition marked a notable shift as the event relocated from London to Barcelona for the first time. Industry leaders and key stakeholders gathered to explore the latest innovations, forge new partnerships, and assess emerging market trends. Among the standout exhibitors was EGT, which showcased an extensive product portfolio and engaged in strategic discussions to expand its global footprint.
As the dust settles on this event, Nadia Popova, Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Sales & Marketing at EGT, in an interview with Yogonet, shared her insights on the company’s performance at ICE Barcelona, the market reception of its latest products, and what 2025 holds for the company as it continues its trajectory of growth and innovation.
This year’s ICE was held for the first time in Barcelona. Did the new location meet your expectations and how do you assess the company’s performance?
Indeed, the relocation of ICE was a significant event in itself. I can say that Barcelona definitely lived up to my expectations, opening up new horizons for business development. The show was a great success for us. We had the opportunity to hold fruitful meetings with our current partners, as well as demonstrate our rich portfolio to many potential new clients and start new promising partnerships.
What were the main highlights in your product selection for the exhibition and what feedback did you receive about them?
The visitors to our stand, which was one of the largest at the show, were able to see a lot of novelties. Among them were 2 slot cabinets from the brand-new Supreme Series – S 32-32 St and S 32-32 Up. Powered by Exciter IV platform, they fascinated our guests with their frameless displays, delivering outstanding visual precision and sophisticated design with user-friendly ergonomics, guaranteeing ultimate comfort during play.
On display was also the latest addition to EGT’s jackpot portfolio – the Asian-themed Zhao Cai Shuang Yu, as well as the new multigames from the Supreme Selection slot series.
The jackpot captivated our guests with its 2 games: Prosperity Strike and Rising Coins, providing players with the chance to win each of its 4 levels with any bet, with higher bets increasing the likelihood of hitting the highest Grand level.

We also continued to invest in the modernization of our factories, supplying them with the most advanced machines on the market. This way, we achieved automation and robotization of a lot of production processes, which unlocks enormous potential that is yet to be unleashed.
In 2025, we will strive to maintain and strengthen our leading positions on a global scale by entering even more markets while enhancing our footprint in the jurisdictions where our products are already well-known and highly appreciated by players. We plan to achieve this by further investing in our manufacturing and R&D activities, which will allow us to continue creating cutting-edge gaming solutions that set industry trends.
